Our New Home

Welcome to the New Khajana Boutique:

Where Tradition Meets Legacy

A New Home, the Same Heart

For 35 years, Khajana Boutique was a beloved part of Little India on 1375 Oak Tree Road, New

Jersey. Families walked through our doors, brides found their dream lehengas, and countless

memories were woven into every fabric. But as with all journeys, ours has taken a new path.

While we’ve moved to a new space, the essence of Khajana remains unchanged—deeply

rooted in tradition, community, and craftsmanship.

Designed with Meaning

We didn’t just open a new store—we created an experience. Every detail reflects warmth,

heritage, and the vibrancy of Indian culture. While many boutiques opt for neutral tones, we

chose rich colors that embody the soul of Khajana. The floors remain understated to balance

the space, but look around, and you’ll find layers of texture, warmth, and personality at every

turn.

A Space That Feels Like Home

Khajana is built on tradition, and that extends beyond the clothes. Our furniture, crafted from

natural recycled wood in Gujarat—the founder’s hometown—adds a personal touch. A custom-

designed swing, adorned with intricate carvings and golden handles featuring elephants,

peacocks, and nandis, serves as a striking centerpiece. Blue upholstery, bespoke closets, and

our iconic key symbol from the Khajana logo complete the look.

A Celebration of Craftsmanship

Bridal lehengas rest within Jaipuri-style arches painted in soft green, symbolizing luck and

tranquility. The pret wear section is framed by custom wallpaper featuring palace art and

peacocks, giving every piece a regal backdrop. And it wouldn’t be Khajana without

flowers—fresh blooms, rose petals in brass urlis, and cascading jasmine strands breathe life

into the space.

Fitting Rooms with a Personal Touch

We know the magic happens in the fitting rooms. Designed for privacy and comfort, they are

more than just spaces to try on clothes. Named Radha and Rukmani, they pay homage to love

and beauty. Rich velvet curtains, intricate Nandi motifs, Sabyasachi wallpaper, and Radha

Krishna paintings create an atmosphere of intimacy and luxury.

A Legacy That Lives On

Khajana is more than a boutique; it is a story of tradition and heritage. A 200-year-old paan box,

a navratan stone jewelry box, and the original Khajana treasure chest—the piece that started it

all—are woven into our new space, serving as reminders of the journey we’ve shared over the

decades.

Where Tradition Meets You

More than a store, Khajana is a place where memories are made, and traditions are celebrated.

Whether you are a bride-to-be searching for the perfect lehenga or someone who simply loves

the art of dressing, Khajana welcomes you with open arms.
